Who we are
Quancats is Quanizon’s engineering and technical delivery brand. We operate this bilingual marketing website from Amman, Jordan, and work with clients in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and remotely.

What this website is
We publish a static informational website. We do not create user accounts, and we do not keep visitor records in our own database.
Quanizon (quanizon.com) is our parent company website. Following that link leaves this site.
Information we receive
If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled on WhatsApp. Our number is on Contact.
If you email info@quancats.com or sales@quancats.com, we receive what you include so we can assess the request and reply.
We do not currently show a project-brief form. When we do, we collect name, work email, company, country, industry, request type, project description, whether the system is new or existing, optional stage, users, hosting model, security notes, timeline, investment range, an optional supporting link or file, preferred contact method, and the page language. A hidden field helps us reject spam.
We may store your theme choice and your analytics choice in your browser. The language you browse is in the URL (`/ar/` or `/en/`), not in a tracking cookie.
How we use it
We use contact and brief details only to assess the request, reply, and involve the people who need to evaluate or deliver the work. We do not sell this information.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you by name.
Who sees it
Our team involved in assessment and delivery may see inbound messages.
When we show the project-brief form, we email submissions to ourselves. Resend delivers that mail.
WhatsApp, email providers, and Google process data under their own terms.
Retention and your choices
We keep email and WhatsApp threads as needed to respond and continue the relationship. Browser preferences stay on your device until you clear site data.
You can reject Google Analytics from the cookie banner or Cookie settings. You can also write to us through Contact to ask what we hold from a message you sent.

If how we handle information on this website changes, we will update this page and the date above.
