Engagements

Start with the level of technical responsibility you actually need

Not every technology challenge should begin with a full build contract.

Some organizations need a corporate website with a clear delivery scope. Others already know what product or system must be implemented. Existing systems may need an independent assessment before anyone recommends a rewrite. Products in operation may need continuous technical ownership rather than another project vendor.

Quancats structures engagements around those different starting points — including a dedicated Website Delivery path separate from Product & Systems Delivery.

Clarify before you build

Paid decision packages when the idea matters but scope, architecture, or system risk is still unclear.

  • Discovery & Architecture Sprint

    Starting from 7,500 SAR

A short, paid engagement used to turn an important but insufficiently defined idea or system initiative into a practical decision package.

Typical outputs include problem definition, user and workflow understanding, scope, release priorities, architecture, integration approach, risks, security/deployment considerations, and an implementation estimate or range.

    Best for

    • New SaaS products.
    • New internal systems.
    • Complex integrations.
    • Projects where stakeholder assumptions are not yet aligned.
    • Organizations that need an independent blueprint before selecting an implementation path.

  • Technical System Assessment

    Starting from 7,500 SAR

A structured assessment for an existing system that is hard to change, slow, unstable, insecure, undocumented, costly, or too dependent on one vendor or developer.

Typical review areas include codebase, architecture, database/data model, infrastructure, deployment process, security controls, observability, dependencies, technical debt, and operational risk.

    Best for

    • Legacy systems.
    • Inherited codebases.
    • Failed or stalled vendor engagements.
    • Systems approaching a major rebuild decision.
    • Businesses that need evidence before investing in modernization.

Build and deliver

Website Delivery is for corporate websites. Project Delivery is for products and systems. Starting prices stay on the matching path on purpose.

  • Website Delivery

Dedicated delivery for corporate websites — separate from product and systems engineering.

Covers design, structure, content hierarchy, forms, SEO foundations, deployment, and CMS when required. CMS-enabled websites remain website projects — not SaaS. Post-launch care is a separate engagement.

    Typical starting points:

    • Corporate Website

      Starting from 10,000 SAR

    • Custom Corporate Website

      Starting from 15,000 SAR

    • Corporate Website + CMS

      Starting from 20,000 SAR

    Best for

    • Company profiles and professional-service sites.
    • Marketing and informational corporate websites.
    • Organizations that need a CMS for publishing control without building a product platform.

  • Project Delivery

Implementation for products and systems — internal platforms, SaaS, and modernization — not corporate website packages.

Projects may include product/backend engineering, APIs, administration, web applications, mobile applications where needed, integrations, infrastructure, security, testing, launch, and handover/operation depending on scope. Corporate website starting prices live under Website Delivery.

    Typical starting points:

    • Custom Internal System

      Starting from 35,000 SAR

    • SaaS Product Engineering

      Starting from 45,000 SAR

Secure and own ongoing responsibility

Focused security assessment when delivery risk is elevated, or continuous senior technical ownership when the product is already live.

  • Cloud Security / DevSecOps Assessment

    Starting from 9,000 SAR

A focused assessment of application delivery, cloud configuration, IAM/access, CI/CD security, dependency risk, secrets, logging, monitoring, and governance gaps.

The scope is adapted to the application, environment, sector, and operating model rather than using a generic checklist alone.

  • Managed Technical Ownership

    Starting from 12,000 SAR/ month

Ongoing senior technical ownership for organizations that need clear accountability across architecture, roadmap, releases, infrastructure, security, quality, vendor coordination, and technical risk—without immediately building a complete internal technology leadership function.

    Best for

    • Companies with multiple vendors.
    • Products with developers but no technical owner.
    • Founders who need an experienced technical counterpart.
    • Organizations moving from project delivery into continuous operation.

Care after launch

Annual server care, website care, and on-demand support for existing corporate websites — without a continuous engineering retainer.

  • Website Care & Technical Support

Post-launch responsibility for existing corporate websites: annual server care, website care, on-demand support, and optional prepaid hours — without a continuous engineering retainer.

Distinct from Managed Technical Ownership. Feature development, redesigns, and large migrations are quoted separately. Third-party hosting costs are excluded unless a proposal includes them.

    Typical starting points:

    • Managed Hosting & Server Care

      Starting from 1,500 SAR/ year

    • Website Care

      Starting from 2,500 SAR/ year

    • On-Demand Technical Support

      Starting from 350 SAR/ hour

    Best for

    • Existing corporate websites with occasional technical needs.
    • Organizations that do not need a monthly product-engineering retainer.
    • Teams that want annual or on-demand options after launch.

Why we publish starting prices instead of fixed packages

Complex software is shaped by users, workflows, integrations, data, security, deployment, migration, and operating responsibility. A fixed price advertised before understanding those factors would either be misleading or force the engagement into an artificially narrow package.

The starting prices on this site serve two purposes:

  1. Help organizations determine whether Quancats is commercially relevant before investing time in discussions.
  2. Give both sides a realistic starting point for scoping.

They are not automatic quotations.

Starting prices are indicative entry points, not fixed quotations. SAR is the reference currency; other currencies are shown approximately for convenience. Why we publish starting prices
