SaaS Concept for Quran School & Circle Management

Many small and medium Quran schools and circles still coordinate educational operations through a mixture of paper records, Excel sheets, forms, generic databases, messaging applications, and individual teacher follow-up.

As the number of students and teachers increases, this makes it harder to answer basic operational and educational questions about attendance, memorization, revision, progress, teacher workload, and circle performance.

The initial product direction focuses on small and medium Quran schools and circles, including organizations managing approximately 50–500 students.

Initial user roles may include organization owners, school administrators, supervisors, teachers / sheikhs, and administrative staff.

Quancats' role includes product discovery, workflow analysis, product planning, MVP definition, requirements preparation, UX architecture, and future platform engineering.
