Encrypted Digital Assets Management System

Managing valuable digital assets introduces requirements beyond conventional content or document management. The platform needed to address secure storage, protection of sensitive files, controlled access, permissions, encryption, asset availability, inventory-related operations, commercial and sales workflows, payment-related processes, administration, and integration with existing web environments.

The core challenge was creating a system where asset management, security, and commercial operations worked together rather than as separate systems.

The platform was developed as a centralized web application responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of digital assets.

Its architecture combined asset management, encryption, access control, inventory, commercial operations, and administration — allowing protected digital assets to be managed while maintaining structured control over access and commercial activity.
