01MOD

Challenge

A small workspace can start with simple tools, but complexity rises quickly with multiple sites, customer types, space types, contracts, and bookings.

That creates challenges such as:

  • Customer and member data scattered across different tools
  • Difficulty tracking space availability and bookings without conflicts
  • Contracts and subscriptions separated from bookings and entitlements
  • Need to manage invoices, payments, and arrears
  • Different permissions for owner, management, reception, finance, and operations
  • Need for unified operational visibility across more than one branch
  • Difficulty tracking administrative changes in an organized way

The problem was not building a booking system alone, but designing an integrated operational platform that can grow with the workspace operator.

02MOD

Solution

RewaqHub is designed as a multi-tenant SaaS platform that separates platform management, each workspace’s operations, and the customer/member experience.

The model includes several operational layers:

  • Platform Administration for managing the platform, customers, and institutions at the RewaqHub level
  • Workspace Administration for managing branches, spaces, customers, contracts, bookings, and daily operations for each operator
  • Customer Portal for companies, members, and customers to manage account-related workspace use

The product is therefore built around a long-horizon operating model rather than a set of independent screens.

03MOD

Product Scope

RewaqHub’s engineering scope includes interconnected domains such as:

  • Organizations, workspaces, and branches
  • Floors, spaces, and bookable resources
  • Customers, companies, and members
  • Contracts, subscriptions, and entitlements
  • Bookings and conflict checks
  • Invoices, payments, and arrears
  • Visitor management
  • Tickets, complaints, and maintenance requests
  • Files and attachments
  • Notifications
  • Reporting and operational visibility
  • Roles and permissions
  • Audit logs
  • Integrations and external services

Architecture decisions separate responsibilities across independent repositories for core, the customer web application, the public marketing site, infrastructure, and documentation. That split supports parallel development while keeping clear boundaries between business logic, customer experience, administration, marketing, and operations.

Quancats Role

Quancats’ role goes beyond UI implementation or writing code. It includes:

  • Product discovery and requirements analysis
  • Product boundary and scope definition
  • System engineering and data model
  • Multi-tenant architecture design
  • Backend and REST API engineering
  • Platform and Workspace Administration development
  • Customer portal development
  • Identity and permissions design
  • Bookings, contracts, billing, and operations engineering
  • Infrastructure and storage decisions
  • Security and DevSecOps
  • Release and milestone planning
  • Testing and quality
  • Documentation and technical governance
  • Continuous product development

Outcome

The first product foundation has been built, and RewaqHub continues through successive releases toward full product scope.

The project is treated as a long-horizon product rather than a temporary prototype, so current architecture decisions account for operations, scale, and later development from the start.

No customer counts, revenue, or unproven operational outcomes are attributed to the product during the current development phase.
