Overview
Quancats developed a government platform for managing access to APIs and permissions associated with open-government data. The system provided a centralized administrative layer for controlling who could access data interfaces, what information could be exposed, and how government data could be managed, stored, and published.

The system acted as a governance and administration layer between internal government data and the interfaces through which that data could be accessed.
The architecture focused on controlling:
Identity / Consumer → Permission → API → Dataset
This allowed the platform to manage access according to authorized boundaries instead of making all datasets equally available to all consumers.
Vue.js SPA for administrative operations. Laravel handled application logic, access policies, permission enforcement, API services, and data-management workflows. MySQL provided persistent structured storage. JSON was used for API-based data exchange.
