Enterprise Government System / Workflow Management
Government Transaction, Archiving & Workflow Management System
An internal government system for managing transactions, digital records, archiving, indexing, and dynamic workflow processes — completed and handed over in December 2017.
Overview
Quancats developed an internal government system for managing transactions, digital records, archiving, indexing, and dynamic workflow processes. The platform provided a centralized environment through which government transactions could be stored and moved through configurable operational processes.

Highlights
Government transactions, records, and archival work were difficult to keep in one place when procedures were disconnected or coordinated by hand.
The platform combined transaction management, document/record archiving, and workflow orchestration inside a single system.
A transaction's lifecycle could include creation, storage, classification, indexing, movement through workflow stages, processing by relevant internal parties, and archival.
The defining characteristic was its dynamic workflow approach — operational transactions modeled as processes rather than static records.
MySQL was used as the primary structured data layer, while Laravel handled backend business logic and Vue.js powered the interactive web interface. The SPA approach supported a more application-like experience appropriate for internal operational systems.
As a government information system, access to transaction data and archived information required controlled application and infrastructure design.
